Sarah Michelle Gellar de regresso à televisão

Sarah Michelle Gellar, a eterna Buffy, está de regresso à televisão, num projecto que o argumentista Charles Randolph está a desenvolver para a HBO.

Passado em Gotham, “The Wonderful Maladys” gira à volta das vidas disfuncionais de três irmãos adultos que perderam os seus pais numa tenra idade. A personagem de Sarah Michelle Gellar é descrita como tendo “uma espécie de imaturidade zeladora, como se fosse uma toxicodependente com uma lista de afazeres.”

Randolph escreveu o argumento durante o ano passado com Gellar e a HBO em mente. O canal da rede cabo norte-americana comprou o guião recentemente e planeia iniciar as gravações no início do próximo ano. Gellar e Randolph serão os produtores executivos.

Para Sarah Michelle Gellar, que focou a sua carreira no cinema após “Buffy, a Caçadora de Vampiros” ter terminado em 2003, considerou este novo projecto como “um excelente próximo capítulo para mim.”

    O tema não parece nada de especial, mas se é da HBO, vale a pena dar uma vista de olhos. :)
